Let us also embrace the belief that you have to take care of yourself before “fixing” the world’s problems. That means, living healthier, happier lives. It isn’t as easy as it may seem, it requires action, commitment and a will to persevere. Instead of New Year’s resolutions, let’s make a lifelong resolution, to uplift our souls, improve our physical beings and make a positive contribution to the advancement of humankind.
